Mike loves to cook as well as eat. He spends mcuh time watching the TV Food network He has several favorite chefs. First and foremost is James Beard award finalist Ming Tsi, also world-renowned master chef, the "Raging Cajun" Emril Lagasse. Some of Emril's receipts. Other favorite chefs of mike are David Rosengarten Bobby Flay and Sara Moulton. Mike specialty is hot and spicy foods such as his Seafood gumbo. Another of his favrites is his White Chocolate Peach Brandy infused cheese cake.
Mike's other indulgence is the basketball and football. He is an avid
fan of the hometown Boston Celticsand

Though watching sports on TV or in person(so much the better) is a
great deal of fun, Mike has found if there is no games on at any given
moment the next best thing is playing a game on his playstation. Many games
